Let's Get Started!

1.Open the template in PSP, delete the copyright layer. Go to image, Canvas size and change it to 600x600 (we will resize later) Floodfill the background layer with white.

2. Paste a paper of choice as a new layer and apply a mask of choice.

3. Highlight the Large Circle Layer, go to Selections Select All, Selections Float, Selections Defloat. Paste Paper 3 as a new layer. Resize by 65% all layers NOT selected. Selections Invert, press delete on your keyboard. Selections none and dropshadow. Delete the original

4. Highlight the Dotted Circle2 Layer, go to Selections Select All, Selections Float, Selections Defloat. Using the airbrush tool color it a color from your tube or white. Selections none. Delete the original

5. Highlight the Square2 Layer, go to Selections Select All, Selections Float, Selections Defloat. Paste Paper 11 as a new layer. Selections Invert, press delete on your keyboard. Selections none, add a gradient glow (or a thick dropshadow with color) size 3.00 color #2e034b. Resize this layer by 85% and Delete the original.

6. Highlight the Square1 Layer, go to Selections Select All, Selections Float, Selections Defloat. Paste Paper 11 as a new layer. Selections Invert, press delete on your keyboard. Selections none, add a gradient glow (or a thick dropshadow with color) size 3.00 color #2e034b. Delete the original.

7. Highlight the Circle Layer, go to Selections Select All, Selections Float, Selections Defloat. Paste Paper 19 as a new layer. Resize by 65% all layers NOT selected. Selections Invert, press delete on your keyboard. Selections none and dropshadow.  Resize this layer by 120% sharpen and dropsadow. Delete the original

8. Leave dotted circle 1 as white. Resize by 120% 

9. Paste your gorjuss tube inside the circle and erase bits to make it look as if she and her bear are popping out of the circle. Subtle dropshadow 

10. Paste TeddyHead1 as a new layer. Reszie by 50% twice sharpen and dropshadow. Place it along the bottom left of the tag.

11. Paste a bow of choice on the top of the left square. Resize SHARPEN and dropshadow.

Paste a heart ribbon of choice on the other square. I resized mine by 50% three times, don't forget to Sharpen. Dropshadow.

12. Add a saying of choice (I used Tainted Teddy) Font Inked God, size 36, foreground black background #460870 vector. Stretch it to make it taller.

13. Add your name, change the font to Ashley's Handwriting, size  foreground #6a338e background white. I applied Eye Candy Glass, then gave it a dark dropshadow.

14. Add your copyright info.

Let's Animate!

1. First crop off any excess white background. Next go to Edit Copy Merged and paste into Animation Shop as a new animation.

2. Back in PSP paste Teddy 1 as a new layer, resize him by 40% sharpen and dropshadow. Drop him right above the mask layer. So you should have background, mask, then Teddy. Have just the top of teddy's ears sticking out at the top of the box, (you may need to erase a bit of his feet if they are showing at the bottom) edit copy merged, and paste in Animation Shop (AS) after current frame.

3. Back in PSP, raise teddy up a bit more to make his whole head appear over the box. Again Copy Merged, paste in AS after current Frame.

4. In PSP hit undo arrow once Edit Copy Merged, paste in AS after current frame. (we are back to just his ears showing)

5. Again in PSP hide the bear layer, Edit Copy Megred paste in AS after current frame.

6. Unhide the bear, go to image rotate 30.00. Place Teddy with just his ears over the circle. Edit Copy Merged Paste after current frame in AS.

7. Back in PSP, raise teddy up a bit more to make his whole head appear over the circle. Again Copy Merged, paste in AS after current Frame.

8. In PSP hit undo arrow once (again just his ear should be showing) Edit Copy Merged, paste in AS after current frame.

9. Again in PSP hide the bear layer, Edit Copy Megred paste in AS after current frame.

10. IN AS go to edit select all then change the frame property to 20. Go back to Edit and select None.

11. Right click in frame 3 (should be the frame with the whole head visible) and change the frame property to 50.  Do the same for frame 7.

12. Change Frames 5 and 9 to 100. (these should be the frames with no bears showing).

Check to make sure your bear is popping up and down smoothly. Resize if you like and save!
